Hello, my name is Filip Pavcic and I am a physiotherapist on his PhD studies in the field of Sport, Physical Education and Kinesiology.
So far i have successfully completed College of Sports and Healt and Mastered at College for Management, Economy and Finance.
My passion is physical medicine, movement, diagnosis and recovery. I have successfully developed my skills in finding causes to patients problems, diversifying them and creating the best personal recovery plans. My moto is that everyone are unique and that not every medicine is good for everbody. That's why I insist on approaching to every injury individually.
Sport medicine is very unique. It pushes me as practitioner to put my knowlege to the very limits and find links in human body that are not common for regular population. Athlete's body is very special tuned racing machine, that needs modern and evidence based services.
I have dedicated my career to Sport medicine and so far i have worked in many clubs, in many different sports across the globe.
I'm proud to say that im a member of Handball National Team of Serbia (man and woman), Football Association of Serbia, Handball Association of Serbia, American Football Association of Serbia , Basketball Association of Serbia, Volleyball Federation of Azerbaijan, European Volleyball Federation, Handball Federation of Kuwait.
Future goal will be to implement prevention as most important approach to keeping good health, strong and positive mind and healthy body. By prevention I mean working optimally on your self, getting educated about your daily activities and what are they doing to your body posture, your body habits, your health in general. Modern day jobs, unfortunately, demand from us to be in some compulsory or forcedly position such as sitting, whether by your desk or in car, or in transportation. All of this excessive sitting is affecting your body posture, which leads to muscle spasam and pain, which can at the end lead to severe nerve or musce damage that needs, in big number of cases, to be treated either surgically or with huge amount of physical therapy.
Stay with me as I try to show you the world of physical medicine and holistic approach. Bring your body back in balance and keep it there as long as possible!
